Intersight Conversation Intelligence
Feature Overview
Intersight’s conversation intelligence provides built-in meeting recording capability for Sales reps, Account Manager and Leaders to easily record meeting conversations, automatically link these to opportunities, generate and diarize transcripts, generate meeting notes and insights and further use these transcripts as an input for comprehensive deal insights, generating documents and other analysis.
Intersight records your meetings through an auto-join bot that, when enabled, monitors your calendar and automatically joins scheduled calls on supported platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams to capture and transcribe the conversation.
Pre-requisites
- Supported meeting solution (Required): Intersight’s conversation intelligence currently supports joining meetings on Zoom and Microsoft Teams. To use this feature, meetings that you wish to record must be on one of these platforms. Note: Intersight does not currently support recording meetings on Google Meet.
- Supported calendar (Recommended): Although Intersight’s meeting bot can join meeting’s ad-hoc, it is recommended to connect Intersight to a support calendar system so the meeting bot can automatically join scheduled meetings. Intersight currently supports Microsoft 365 and Google Calendar integration.
