[Integrations](https://info.intersight.ai/knowledge-base/enterprise-administrator?hsLang=en#integrations) # Import Historical Transcripts: Integrate with Gong If you would like Intersight to generate guidance for your sales reps’ current deals based on insights gleaned from historical deals data and suggest deal risk mitigation actions, please import historical call transcripts into Intersight. Intersight can ingest historical call transcripts from several call recording and conversation intelligence applications including:   - Zoom - Gong - Fireflies.ai - Chorus (ZoomInfo) To set up Gong, you need to do the following:   1.
